During the reporting period, the number of orders fulfilled on the platform reached 49.1 million, setting a new historical high. In the investor conference call, Zhang Hui, the chairman and CEO of Full Truck Alliance Group, introduced that the number of orders fulfilled in the first half of the year increased by 25% year-on-year, exceeding the growth rate of the national highway freight volume, reflecting that the digital and intelligent logistics model is continuously replacing the traditional offline familiar vehicles and planned logistics.

The reason for the new high in the number of orders lies in the bilateral network effect brought about by the growth of shippers and drivers. During the reporting period, the monthly active shippers on Full Truck Alliance averaged 2.65 million, an increase of 32.8% compared to the same period last year. The management of Full Truck Alliance introduced that since the second quarter, the group has continued to increase its investment in shipper acquisition, mining and converting high-quality new shippers in multiple acquisition channels, and focusing on doing a good job in the fulfillment experience of new users. It is expected that in the future, the shipper scale will continue to increase.

On the other hand, the dependence of drivers on the platform is also gradually increasing. As of the second quarter, the number of active drivers who have fulfilled orders in the past 12 months on Full Truck Alliance reached 3.98 million, which has been improved on the basis of the previous quarter. In the future, Full Truck Alliance hopes to continue to explore the driver stratification mechanism on this basis to promote the improvement of the control and traction of high-quality transport capacity supply and the matching efficiency.

TapTechNews learned from the financial report that in the first half of 2024, the proportion of new energy transport capacity orders of Full Truck Alliance was nearly 20%.
