China's AI Service Models 180+ Completed and Online with 564M+ Registered Users
TapTechNews August 12th news, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Bulletin, at the 12th Internet Security Conference held a few days ago, Wang Jingtao, deputy director of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission Office and deputy director of the Cyberspace Administration of China, introduced that as of now, more than 180 generative AI service large models that have completed the record and gone online in China and can provide services to the public, and the number of registered users has exceeded 564 million.
According to the introduction, in recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the development of artificial intelligence in China. On the one hand, a relatively comprehensive artificial intelligence technology industry system has been initially constructed, with more than 4500 related enterprises, and the industrial scale continues to expand; on the other hand, the integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy is continuously deepening, and the application of artificial intelligence is accelerating exploration. More than 2500 digital workshops and intelligent factories have been built. After being transformed by artificial intelligence, the average R & D cycle is shortened by 20%, and the production efficiency is increased by 35%. At the same time, artificial intelligence is also accelerating the digitalization process in fields such as government affairs, finance, and energy.
Article 19 of the Regulations on the Management of In-depth Synthesis of Internet Information Services clearly stipulates that deep synthesis service providers with the attributes of public opinion or social mobilization ability shall fulfill the procedures of record and change, and cancellation of record in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Algorithm Recommendation of Internet Information Services. TapTechNews noticed that as of June this year, the Cyberspace Administration of China has released six batches of deep synthesis service algorithm record information. Specific information can be queried through the Internet Information Service Algorithm Record System (https://beian.cac.gov.cn).
