Audi RS5 Sedan New Road Test Photos Revealed, to Compete with BMW M3 and Mercedes C63

TapTechNews September 18th news, the car media carscoops released a blog post yesterday (September 17th), sharing the latest road test photos of Audi's four-door sedan RS5.

Since the sedan version RS4 was launched in 2008, Audi has not launched a four-door sedan version afterwards, but chose to sell it only as a high-performance station wagon.

This situation will change with the launch of the latest generation model, which will be renamed RS5 and will offer both sedan and Avant station wagon versions simultaneously.

TapTechNews had released a blog post on September 4th, sharing new test photos of the Audi RS5 Avant high-performance station wagon, and now the road test photos of the sedan version have also been exposed.

It is reported that the Audi sedan version RS5 is undergoing high-temperature testing in Europe, and its appearance is showing the same strong and aggressive style as the station wagon version. It is estimated that after its listing, it will compete with BMW's M3 and Mercedes' C63.

The sedan version RS5 has a wide and low front end, equipped with a large black single-frame grille, muscular front wheel arches, and at the rear, a small lip spoiler and large dual exhaust pipes can be seen.

In terms of power, the sedan version RS5 is estimated to be equipped with an upgraded twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 engine, which is expected to provide higher power and lower emissions.
