Nio Home Charging Pile Installation Surpasses 500,000, User Satisfaction Rate Over 99%

TapTechNews May 14th - Nio has announced that over 500,000 home charging piles have been installed, with a home charging pile installation rate of about 70%, user installation satisfaction exceeding 99.9%, and maintenance satisfaction exceeding 99.5%.

According to the introduction, the three provinces with the highest installation volume of Nio home charging piles are Zhejiang, Guangdong, and Jiangsu, and the three provinces with the highest installation rate are Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning.

Nio stated that Nio users have cumulatively used home charging piles 144 million times, with a cumulative charging of 23.8 billion kWh, equivalent to saving 930 million liters of fuel, supporting a driving distance of 12.4 billion kilometers, and saving users 6.92 billion RMB in costs.

The latest data shows that Nio delivered 25,787 vehicles in April, a year-on-year increase of 0.4%. As of the end of April, Nio's cumulative deliveries in 2024 have reached 106,187 vehicles, with a total cumulative delivery of 739,551 vehicles, details can be seen in previous reports by TapTechNews.

As of April 30th, Nio has 481 retail centers nationwide, covering 144 cities; 361 after-sales maintenance centers and authorized body paint centers, covering 210 cities. Nio has put into use 386 Nio Power battery swap stations nationwide, with 1,678 charging piles.
