CATL Calls on Employees to 'Strive for 100 Days' with 8-9-6 Work Schedule

TapTechNews June 17 - TapTechNews reported earlier today that CATL had called on its employees to 'trive for 100 days' - in short, it is calling on eligible employees to implement an 8-9-6 working day starting from June 12, that is, starting work at 8 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m., working 6 days a week for a total of 'triving' for 100 days.

Currently, an internal employee of CATL told the CaiLian Press that 'This is indeed the case.' The employee said that the department held a meeting and verbally informed about this matter last Friday (14th), and said that 'previously, overtime was also required, but it was not mandatory until 9 p.m.'

The report quoted sources as saying that the call is for employees above a certain level and not for all employees. As of the time of dispatch, CATL has not given a reply yet.

Another media showed a picture with a supplementary notice stating: Foreign employees are not mandatory and follow their will. As early as 2022, the official account 'Dark Matter WAVES' had posted about CATL's 'triving for 100 days'.
