bequiet! Launches DarkRock 5 Silent Radiator

TapTechNews June 12th, bequiet!, a German brand, recently launched the basic model DarkRock 5 in its new generation of DarkRock high-end silent radiator series.

Unlike the already released two-tower and two-model DarkRockPro 5 and DarkRockElite, DarkRock 5 adopts a single-tower and single-fan structure with a height of 161mm (about 6.3 inches).

This radiator has obtained an A rating in its own performance rating system, which is sufficient to deal with the heat generation of AMD Ryzen 9 and Intel Core i9 processors in non-most severe cases.

The tower body of DarkRock 5 is asymmetrically designed, enhancing the compatibility with memory sticks and motherboard heat sinks. This radiator adopts a structure of 6 6mm heat pipes + nickel-plated copper base, and is entirely covered with a black coating with ceramic particles.

DarkRock 5 is equipped with a bequiet! SilentWings 4 120mm PWM fan. This fan uses an FDB bearing and a 6-pole motor, and is equipped with a rubber frame that can reduce overall noise. The parameters are as follows:

Standard specification of 120 25, maximum speed of 2100 RPM, maximum air volume of 55 CFM (about 950 liters/min), maximum wind pressure of 2.73 CFM, and the overall maximum noise of 29.8 db(A).

bequiet! DarkRock 5 radiator is compatible with Intel LGA1700/1200/2066/115X and AMD AM5/AM4 platforms.

This radiator will be available for sale on June 25th and has a 3-year warranty and the official website price is 69.90 euros (TapTechNews note: currently about 770 yuan).
