TapTechNews learned from the report that half of the Pixel phone users are dissatisfied with their devices, and 57% of users consider switching to other brands. Considering that the United States is one of Google's two major markets, the analytics company believes that Google should improve the connectivity and heating problems of its own mobile phones.

For Apple's products, the report shows that currently 50% of iPhone users are satisfied with their devices and plan to continue using iPhone for the next mobile phone, but 34% of users also consider switching to other brand devices.

In the case of Samsung, the company's fans also continue to remain loyal. 44% of Samsung mobile phone purchasers plan to still use the Galaxy device for the next mobile phone. Considering that it is easier to switch mobile phone brands within the Android operating system than between Android and iOS systems, it is normal that the relevant competitive rate data of Samsung is slightly lower than that of Apple.

The analytics company believes that although 10,000 samples are not very large and cannot represent the entire market. However, from an absolute value perspective, this number is not insignificant. The relevant chart mainly reveals the current insufficient stickiness of Google Pixel phone users. If the company wants its mobile phone to make further progress in competitiveness, Google should be more focused on providing a consistent and reliable experience for its Pixel phones.
