TapTechNews learned from public reports that this 18-meter-diameter split three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing for the 3500-ton crane is manufactured by Luoyang Xin'an County Xinqianglian Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd., which is a product tailored for the 3500-ton full-slewing crane of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (Group) Co., Ltd.
This slewing bearing is of an external-toothed three-row cylindrical roller combined structure. The complete set of products weighs 168 tons, has an outer diameter of 17753.6mm, and the maximum safe lifting load is 200,000 ton-meters. It has broken the foreign technical monopoly, and all indicators have reached the international advanced level.
The official also said that in the research and development of this product, 2 invention patents and 4 utility model patents have been formed, laying a solid foundation for the upgrading of China's bearing industry.
