'S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chernobyl' Gets New Trailer, Set to Release in September

TapTechNews June 10th news, in today's early morning Xbox Games Showcase event, GSC GameWorld announced a new real-time gameplay trailer of 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl'.

The game didn't further postpone and is still planned to launch on the Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms on September 5th this year, and be included in XGP initially.

TapTechNews note: 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2' was initially announced in 2010 and planned to be released in 2012.

The series' developer, GSC GameWorld, laid off a large number of employees and dissolved later, but resumed work in December 2014.

In 2021, this game announced a new trailer and subtitle 'Heart of Chernobyl', and planned to be released on April 28th, 2022, and added to Xbox Game Pass; after experiencing multiple postponements, it was finally set to be released on September 5th, 2024.
