vivo Unveils Blueprint Imaging Technology at New Product Launch Event

On May 14, TapTechNews reported that vivo unveiled a new blue technology called Blueprint Imaging at the vivo Imaging New Blueprint and X Series New Product Launch Event last night, claiming to have achieved integrated imaging software and hardware. The vivo X100 Ultra was the first to be equipped with this technology.

During the event, a netizen asked in the comments section of a post by Han Boxiao, a product manager at vivo, Will there be a X100 Pro with Blueprint Imaging?, to which Han Boxiao replied affirmatively, Yes.

According to information from the vivo launch event obtained by TapTechNews, Blueprint Imaging adopts a self-developed matrix algorithm, featuring three sub-modules: ultra-clear image quality, exquisite color restoration, and algorithm acceleration, comprehensively building vivo's foundational algorithmic capabilities. Additionally, self-developed Blueprint sensor technology and the self-developed Blueprint Imaging chip V3+ collectively form the integrated software and hardware design of imaging.

The vivo X100 Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 9300 processor, self-developed Imaging chip V3, and a combination of a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope camera. The main camera features a 1-inch large sensor IMX989, combined with a new T* coating for improved HDR effects.
