The video was posted on the social platform X and mainly focused on two important proposals for Tesla's 2024 annual general meeting to be held on June 13. One of the proposals is to suggest moving Tesla's company registration from Delaware to Texas, and the other proposal is to ask shareholders to unanimously pass Elon Musk's 2018 performance incentive plan.

The two-minute trailer reviewed Tesla's past products while hinting at ongoing projects, including the Cybercab.

The video showed the potential design of the Cybercab's interior space, and it can be seen that Tesla's chief designer Franz von Holzhausen is examining the white Cybercab interior. The car will be equipped with two passenger seats, and there is an infotainment system between the front seats, but no steering wheel.

The video also showed the prototype of the Cybercab cabin structure, which seems to be able to only accommodate two passengers, with ample storage space in the back. Although the displayed model has no steering wheel and infotainment system, the passenger seats seem to be already designed.

Previously, Reuters reported that Tesla would abandon the plan to release an electric vehicle priced at $25,000 (TapTechNews note: currently about 181,000 yuan). Subsequently, Elon Musk announced that Tesla would release its self-driving taxi on August 8.

At the first-quarter earnings conference call, Musk said that Tesla executives and employees are actively discussing the company's future model lineup. Tesla decided to speed up the release of the next-generation models, and the first model will begin mass production at the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025. We updated the future model lineup to advance the launch of new models. The previously mentioned mass production time was the second half of 2025. Now it is expected to be advanced to the beginning of 2025 or even later this year. Musk said. These new cars, including more affordable models, will combine the advantages of the next-generation platform and the existing platform and be able to be produced on the same production line as our existing models.
