ASUS ROG Notebook Camera Anomaly Due to Different System Versions

TapTechNews August 22nd news, ASUS ROG's official blog posted today that recently received user feedback that some notebook models have abnormal camera functions. After testing, it was found that this phenomenon was caused by the different system version installed by the user himself from the pre-installed system version.

ROG wrote: Models with the Ryzen AI9HX370 processor (including the ROG Zephyrus 16 Air Ryzen AI version), in order to realize the related functions of AI computers, have pre-installed the Windows 11 24H2 version. Under this version, enabling functions such as the Windows Hypervisor Platform will not affect the use of the camera.
