Realme New Phone with Dimensity 7300 Series Processor Specs and Features

TapTechNews August 9th news, there is a realme new machine with the model RMX5000 that appeared on the GeekBench benchmarking platform on July 31st, which is expected to be the upcoming realme 13+ phone.

In the Geekbench 6.3.0 version, this new machine achieved 1043 points in single-core and 2925 points in multi-core. The CPU consists of 4 cores at 2.00 GHz and 4 cores at 2.50 GHz, and the processor architecture is consistent with the just-released Dimensity 7300 series processor.

The Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X are both based on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's 4nm process. The CPU part is an octa-core architecture composed of 4 Cortex-A78 cores at 2.5 GHz and 4 Cortex-A55 cores, with an Arm Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, and supports LPDDR4x, LPDDR5 memory + UFS3.1 flash memory.

These two processors are equipped with a 12-bit HDR-ISP image processor Imagiq 950, which can support up to a 200-megapixel main camera. Compared to the Dimensity 7050, the real-time focusing speed of the Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 7300X is increased by 1.3 times, and the image quality optimization speed is increased by 1.5 times.

In addition, the two processors support Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, support 5G dual-card technology, and support dual-card VoNR; integrate the AI processor APU 655, and the AI performance is twice that of the Dimensity 7050.
