According to the introduction, the Intel 11th-generation Pentium Gold 7505 processor code-named TigerLake is designed with 2 cores and 4 threads and has a built-in 48EU graphics core. Compared with N6000, the single-core performance is slightly stronger, and the multi-core performance is basically the same, and the graphics core specification is increased by 33%, and the game frame rate is doubled.
In addition, the new machine also comes with a Thunderbolt 4 interface and supports external graphics card expansion docks, and also provides a 10Gbps USB-A and two 5Gbps modular interfaces.
The 16GB LPDDR4x 3733 memory equipped in the low-spec version of Pocket3 can be manually modified to 4266 MT/s in the BIOS; the original 512GB PCIe 4.0x4 solid-state drive, but limited to the processor only supports the PCIe 3.0x4 rate.
TapTechNews previously reported that the GPD Pocket3 handheld computer was released in 2021, equipped with an 8-inch 1920x1200 sunlight screen, compatible with a 4096-level pressure-sensitive stylus, with a built-in 38.5 Wh battery and weighing 0.7kg (1.54 lbs).
