The opinions put forward that efforts will be made to fully promote the trade-in of consumer goods. Carry out the trade-in of automobiles, co-ordinate relevant funds to support the renewal of scrapped automobiles, and encourage cities with conditions to carry out the replacement and renewal of automobiles. Carry out the comprehensive electrification pilot of vehicles in the public domain, accelerate the construction of charging infrastructure, and the number of charging piles in the whole province will reach more than 700,000. Improve the time-of-use electricity price policy for residential electric vehicle charging piles, and exempt the basic electricity charges for the electricity consumption of operating centralized charging and swapping facilities. Promote the trade-in of home appliances, increase the supply of green, low-carbon and smart home appliances, and the provincial finance arranges funds to give rewards according to the year-on-year growth of the recycling volume of used home appliances in each city in 2024 and the incremental contribution of the above-limit retail sales of home appliances. Promote the renewal of home improvement kitchens and bathrooms. Through various means such as government support and enterprise concessions, encourage cities with conditions to support residents to carry out old house decoration, partial renovation and aging-friendly renovation.
