Another car owner said that both internal employees and sales had once disclosed to him that the manufacturer had nearly one million US dollars in security deposit that had not been returned to Henan Xulong Kaiwei, and Henan Xulong Kaiwei also had the car payment that had not been settled to the manufacturer, which is the reason why Xulong Kaiwei closed down and wanted the manufacturer to solve the owner's problem.
