TapTechNews July 5th news, Honor today announced that the MagicPad2 has become the industry's first tablet with SGS five-star anti-bending certification, and this new product will be released along with the MagicV3 folding screen phone on July 12.

The official renderings of the Honor MagicPad2 tablet have been previously disclosed, with three color options: Sky Sea Blue, Moon Shadow White, and Starry Night Black. This new product is equipped with a 3K 144Hz OLED screen with a size of 12.3 inches and supports the AI defocus eye protection function, which is claimed to achieve the effect of visual relief.

The official renderings show that the front screen of the Honor MagicPad2 tablet has no punch-hole and adopts a narrow bezel design. The rear of the tablet has a circular bright-edge camera module that contains a camera and a flash.

As previously reported by TapTechNews, the AI defocus visual relief technology combines the on-device AI with the screen, and can transform the phone screen into a defocus lens according to the user's eye usage environment and habits. This technology will also be available on the Honor MagicV3 folding screen phone.
