Scythe Launches Ultra-Compact Air Cooler at 2024 Computex Taipei

TapTechNews, June 6th. According to the Japanese media GdM, the cooling manufacturer Scythe launched an ultra-compact下压式风冷散热器 SHURIKEN Shuriken 3 at the 2024 Computex Taipei.

The radiator is equipped with 4 6mm heat pipes and a copper base, and the overall height is only 39mm (about 1.5 inches).

SHURIKEN 3 is equipped with the KazeFlex 92Slim AHPWM fan of the 9215 specification. This fan adopts a half-frame structure with a cavity at the bottom. Scythe claims that this design can reduce the CPU temperature by up to 8°C (about 14.4°F).

Speed range 300 to 2500 RPM, air volume range 4.96 to 36.45 CFM, static pressure range 0.02 to 1.99 inches of water column, noise range 1.8 to 31.78 db(A).

SHURIKEN 3 radiator supports Intel LGA1700/1200/115X motherboards and AMD AM5/AM4 motherboards, and is scheduled to be released in August this year.
