The Bank of Communications said that currently users can still withdraw money in a 'cardless way'. Users can select 'cardless withdrawal' on the ATM machine of the Bank of Communications, and then open the mobile banking of the Bank of Communications, click the scan icon in the upper right corner of the'my'page, scan the withdrawal QR code on the ATM machine, select the withdrawal account, and click 'confirm withdrawal'.

In addition to the Bank of Communications, there are also Agricultural Bank of China and China CITIC Bank that announced the adjustment of the no-card withdrawal service in May.
