Amazon to Expand 'New World' with 'Aeternum' expansion in 2024

TapTechNews June 8th news, Amazon announced the expansion of its first-person online game New World, and will launch the全新 Aeternum expansion content on October 15th, 2024.

Amazon said at the 2024 Summer Game Festival that New World: Aeternum is not an independent experience of the New World game universe, but a comprehensive expansion that completely revolutionizes the core experience of this 3-year-old game, including the base game and last year's Angry Earth expansion pack. Amazon officially stated that the New World: Aeternum game will simultaneously land on PS5 / Xbox Series X|S game consoles and PC platforms, but currently does not support cross-platform games.

New World: Aeternum also introduces a brand new 10-person raid mode, and the completion time of the main quest in New World will be reduced by about 30-50 hours compared to when it was launched, and players can explore new post-apocalyptic activities and PVP areas after completing the quest.
