Samsung Galaxy S25Ultra to Feature 16GB Memory, Expanding for Google's Gemini Nano AI

Samsung had launched 16GB memory on the Galaxy S20Ultra and Galaxy S21Ultra phones, but starting from the Galaxy S22Ultra, including the latest flagship Galaxy S24Ultra phone, the upper limit of memory is all 12GB.

Other news said that the Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will adopt 12GB memory, while the Galaxy S25Ultra will adopt 16GB memory, all of which are LPDDR6 specifications.

We are preparing a mobile application processor (AP) and memory with industry-leading performance to enhance AI performance (Galaxy S25 series) and the overall high-quality experience.

The hardware upgrade will continue to enhance the core experience areas and provide industry-leading performance, and the camera and display will also be upgraded to the highest performance at the time of the Galaxy S25 release.
