New Hongqi H9 Launched in 2024 Beijing Auto Show

Today, FAW Hongqi held a New Hongqi H9 Delivery Ceremony at the Hongqi Innovation Building in Changchun City. At the ceremony site, Wang Shengli, general manager and Party secretary of FAW Hongqi Automobile Sales Co., Ltd., handed over the new Hongqi H9 to Mr. Zhang Jialiang, the national outstanding lawyer.
The new car remains basically the same in overall design as the current model, only adjusted in details such as the headlight group, and at the same time provides a variety of power, seat layout and color-matching configurations to meet the personalized needs of different users.
TapTechNews noticed that the biggest highlight of the new Hongqi H9 in appearance is the innovation of its front face design. The integration of the LED daytime running lights and the front grille, as well as the new shape of the internal light source, greatly enhance the recognition of the vehicle after being lit. The far and near headlight group below has changed from the traditional rectangle to a more modern trapezoidal design, and the dot-matrix design in the straight waterfall front grille further enhances the fashion atmosphere of the vehicle.
On the side of the body, the flag-style decorative strip on the front fender of the new Hongqi H9 provides a red style. In terms of body size, the new car is 5137/1904/1498mm in length, width and height respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 3060mm.
In the taillight design, the new Hongqi H9 adopts a through-type taillight group, and the vertical layout of the taillights on both sides and the internal light source design of the five parallel LED light strips make the taillight particularly eye-catching at night.
It is worth mentioning that the new model will have a regular version and a blackened version. The blackened version mainly blackens the headlight grille, the side window frame, and the trim at the rear bumper, and at the same time the exhaust looks more sporty, and a lower spoiler is added at the rear of the sport version, and the side decoration of the sport version emphasizes the brand LOGO of Hongqi.
In the interior, the new Hongqi H9 will be upgraded to a new floating central control connected screen design, and the size has also been upgraded. The decoration at the lower part of the steering wheel has been optimized, a storage space has been added below the center console, and a charging interface is provided. Some buttons around the electronic gearshift have also been cancelled, and the designs of the seat and the door have also been readjusted.
In terms of power, the new Hongqi H9 provides three power options: 3.0T, 2.5T and the newly added 1.8T version, and their maximum power is 335 horsepower, 300 horsepower and 220 horsepower respectively.
