In US, Apple Watch Series 8 and Series 9 Dominate Q2 2024 Sales

TapTechNews August 15th news, the Consumer Intelligence Research Partners (CIRP) released the latest report, indicating that the most sold Apple Watch models in the US in the second quarter of 2024 are Series 8 (19%) and Series 9 (43%).

Although the US Apple official website no longer sells the Apple Watch Series 8, users can still buy this smartwatch through e-commerce channels. TapTechNews note: The combined market share of Apple Watch Series 8 and Series 9 has reached 62%.

The Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2 account for 20% of the total sales, among which the share of Ultra 2 is 11% and the share of the first-generation Ultra is 9%. Like the Series 8, the first-generation Ultra is still sold at retailers.
