TapTechNews August 25th news, Black Myth: Wukong announced on Tencent WeGame platform that the PS5 controller adaptation (Beta) of Black Myth: Wukong has been completed. Currently, only wired connection of PS5 controller is supported, and subsequent continuous improvement: support plug-and-play of the controller, and more controller adaptations (NS controller is being adapted).

First, please ensure to connect the controller before starting the game;

Second, start the game to the operation interface. When seeing the game's prompt Press any key..., please press the shortcut key F9 to start the controller compatibility mode; note that pressing the key too early may result in inability to use.

Third, when the controller compatibility is successfully started, a prompt Controller compatibility mode has been enabled will pop up in the lower right corner;

Fourth, Do not plug or unplug the controller during the game process. Plugging or unplugging after that will lead to unstable adaptation. If there is a misplug, please start from the first step and try again.

The official said that after using this adaptation scheme, the key prompt can be adjusted to be consistent with the xbox controller at the position shown in the following figure. Please adjust the controller type to Type II, and the input type does not need to be adjusted. If DS4WINDOWS is used for adaptation, it will conflict with this adaptation scheme, which may lead to the game not being able to start the process. If this scheme is used for adaptation, please ensure that DS4WINDOWS is closed.

The standard version of Black Myth: Wukong is priced at 268 yuan. Based on this calculation, currently, the game's revenue is at least more than 2.68 billion yuan (excluding the sales revenue of the physical collector's edition), and according to previous reports, the investment cost of Black Myth: Wukong is about 400 million yuan.
