Railway 12306 Launches New Services for Student Ticket Purchase and Travel Demand Collection
TapTechNews August 20th news, Railway 12306 announced today that in order to better meet the travel needs of student passengers, the railway department has optimized the relevant service functions for student ticket purchase on the 12306 mobile client and launched the Student Reservation Ticket Purchase Service and Student Travel Demand Collection functions.
From August 20th to September 8th, daily from 5:00 am to 3:00 am, for the registered users of 12306 whose type is student (need to fill in the student preferential qualification verification information in advance), an entrance of Student Reservation Ticket Purchase Service is added in the rotation area of the My page, and the ticket travel date that can be reserved is from September 5th to September 23rd. Tickets within the pre-sale period (within September 5th) are sold in the normal way. If the tickets are sold out, the standby function can be used.
From August 20th to September 23rd, for the registered users of 12306 whose type is student (need to fill in the student preferential qualification verification information in advance), after logging in, on the Train Ticket purchase interface on the home page, enter the departure and arrival stations and the travel date. If there is no train number required for ticket purchase and no transfer recommendation plan in the query results of the Direct and Transfer pages, Student Travel Demand Collection will be displayed on the Transfer page.
Student users can fill in the demand for themselves or on behalf of other students, and can query and delete the demand submitted by themselves. The railway department will pay close attention to the travel demands submitted by student passengers, and conduct key analysis and judgment on the demands without a direct train or without a recommended transfer plan, considering the train safety and transport capacity resources comprehensively, and do its best to ensure transportation.
