Microsoft Ends Support for Windows 10 21H2 Enterprise, Education, and IoT Editions in June 2024

TapTechNews reported on May 14th that Microsoft recently updated the Windows Health Dashboard, reminding that support for Windows 10 21H2 Enterprise, Education, and IoT editions will end on June 11, 2024, entering the final 30-day countdown phase.

Microsoft stated that only Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 will continue to receive support until January 12, 2027.

TapTechNews attached the official statement from Microsoft:

After June 11, 2024, these versions will no longer receive security updates.

Customers who contact Microsoft support after this date will be guided to update their devices to the latest version of Windows 10 or upgrade to Windows 11 to continue receiving support.

The following Windows 10 21H2 versions will end service on June 11, 2024:

Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 21H2

Windows 10 Enterprise multi-session, version 21H2

Windows 10 Education, version 21H2

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, version 21H2

Home, Pro, Education, and Workstation editions of Windows 10 21H2 have already ended support in June 2023.
