Doom Dark Ages to be Released in 2025 for Xbox and PC

TapTechNews June 10th news, in the Xbox Games Showcase event early this morning, the latest installment of the Doom series, Doom: Dark Ages, was announced. The game will be released on Xbox and PC platforms in 2025 and will be included in Microsoft's XGP subscription at launch.

Developed by id Software using the new idTech, the official announced a trailer, showing that the game adopts a medieval scene + the classic tough guy gunfight style of the series.

id Software rebooted the Doom series of games in 2016 and released a sequel, Doom: Eternal, in 2020, both of which have received good reviews. TapTechNews friends can look forward to next year's Doom: Dark Ages.
