Apple to Launch New AI Training Course for Developer Academy

TapTechNews June 19th. Apple today released a press release saying that it will launch a brand new AI training course for students, mentors and alumni of the Developer Academy this autumn.

The first batch of the new core courses will be provided to thousands of students and alumni of the 18 Developer Academies in 6 countries (Brazil, Indonesia, Italy, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, and the United States). However, unfortunately, domestic developers are not included in the first batch list.

Apple's Vice President of Global Developer Relations, Susan Prescott, said:

With the launch of AI-exclusive courses and other new technologies, we are very much looking forward to seeing students achieve success and benefit local communities and the entire world.

TapTechNews attaches the following main course contents:

Learn how to build, train, and deploy machine learning models on various Apple devices

Learn the basics of AI technology and frameworks

Introduce CoreML and how it achieves high-performance performance on Apple devices

How to build and train an AI model from scratch, etc.

Students will learn from guided courses and project-based assignments and be assisted by hundreds of mentors and more than 12,000 alumni of the academy worldwide.
