Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile and Ubtech Signed a Cooperation Agreement

Through this cooperation, Ubtech's industrial version of the humanoid robot WalkerS will enter Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile and carry out a series of tasks such as seat belt inspection, door lock inspection, headlight cover inspection, body quality inspection station, trunk cover inspection, interior general inspection, fluid filling, front axle dispensing, parts collection, car logo pasting, configuration writing, and label printing in the automotive manufacturing process. In addition, the humanoid robot will also collaborate with traditional automated equipment to solve the flexible unmanned production in complex scenarios.

WalkerS can communicate with the factory system, obtain the status and information of the production line, and real-time feedback the collected data and transfer it to the factory system to realize immediate sharing of information.
WalkerS is equipped with 41 high-performance servo joints and an omni-directional perception system including multi-dimensional force perception, multi-lens stereo vision, omnidirectional hearing, and inertia and ranging; it has industry-leading multi-modal night sensor fusion technology, dynamic environment feedback integration and autonomous environment exploration technology, etc., to comprehensively perceive the environment and people and things.
