Alfa Romeo Launches Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio SuperSport Limited Edition Series

TapTechNews May 15th news, today Alfa Romeo launched the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio SuperSport limited edition series, with only 275 Giulia and 175 Stelvio produced globally, the specific price has not been announced yet.

The special edition models feature a black cloverleaf logo and red 3D carbon fiber trim on the interior, highlighting a sporty vibe. The new car is to commemorate Alfa Romeo's victory in the 1928 Mille Miglia endurance race using the 6C 1500 SuperSport race car, marking the brand's first victory in this famous race among the 11 victories achieved, with landmark significance.

TapTechNews noted that the exterior highlights of the SuperSport models include a new black background cloverleaf logo, carbon fiber trim, and black brake calipers, paired with 19-inch (Giulia) and 21-inch (Stelvio) five-hole alloy wheels. In addition to the Nero Vulcano black shown in the pictures, buyers can also choose Rosso Etna red, and the Giulia model also offers the classic Bianco Alfa white as an option, the new car also features new adaptive full-LED matrix headlights with Tonale style.

Alfa Romeo has selected a new 3D carbon fiber material with red accents for the center console, central armrest, and door panels in the car, with red SuperSport logos and embroidered exclusive numbers on the front headrests. The configuration of the new car includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and an 8.8-inch infotainment display.

The special edition models are equipped with a more powerful twin-turbo 2.9-liter V6 engine, capable of producing the same 383 kilowatts of maximum power as the sold-out Quadrifoglio 100th Anniversary model, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive (Giulia) or all-wheel drive (Stelvio), and a mechanical limited-slip differential derived from the GTA model, the two models also feature an exhaust system from Akrapovic.
