GAC Group's May 2024 Auto Production and Sales Figures
TapTechNews June 8th news, GAC Group announced in the evening of June 7th that in May 2024, the car production was 139,994 units, a year-on-year decrease of 37.62%, and the cumulative production for the current year was 689,075 units, a year-on-year decrease of 28.62%; the car sales in May was 156,518 units, a year-on-year decrease of 25.33%, and the cumulative sales for the current year was 699,529 units, a year-on-year decrease of 24.51%.
The sales performance of each company of GAC Group:
GAC Honda's sales in May were 31,931 units, a year-on-year decrease of 41.31%; the cumulative sales for the current year were 173,580 units, a year-on-year decrease of 24.30%;
GAC Toyota's sales in May were 61,088 units, a year-on-year decrease of 17.00%; the cumulative sales for the current year were 265,928 units, a year-on-year decrease of 27.26%;
GAC Passenger Vehicle's sales in May were 32,881 units, a year-on-year decrease of 3.55%; the cumulative sales for the current year were 156,098 units, a year-on-year increase of 6.24%;
GAC Aion's sales in May were 30,420 units, a year-on-year decrease of 32.21%; the cumulative sales for the current year was 100,637 units, a year-on-year decrease of 38.71%;
Wuyang-Honda Motorcycle (Guangzhou)'s sales in May were 52,678 units, a year-on-year decrease of 9.57%; the cumulative sales for the current year were 243,766 units, a year-on-year decrease of 11.05%.
