Great Wall Soul's First Motorcycle Application Drawing Announced

Today, in the new product publicity of the 384th batch of the Announcement of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the application drawing of the first motorcycle of Great Wall Soul was announced.

The body size is 2660 * 950 * 1540mm (about 104.72 * 37.4 * 60.63 inches).

The wheelbase is 1810mm (about 71.26 inches).

The maximum speed is 210km/h (about 130.49mph).

The total mass is 620 (631) kg (about 1366.96 (1391.18) pounds).

The curb weight is 450 (461) kg (about 992.08 (1016.35) pounds).

The engine is GW8P68MYL with a displacement of 1999ml and a power of 113kW.

The 8-cylinder motorcycle of Great Wall Soul premiered in May this year and is claimed to completely follow the high-end passenger car R & D standard, and the power assembly achieves the only one in the world. Great Wall announced at that time that the Soul motorcycle will be officially launched in two months. Now that this product appears in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it means that it is one step closer to the listing.

This motorcycle is equipped with the world's first horizontally opposed 8-cylinder engine independently developed by Great Wall with a displacement of 2000cc. It adopts shaft drive and die-cast frame and double wishbone front suspension system, and is equipped with the advanced 8DCT (Note by TapTechNews: dual-clutch transmission).

In terms of intelligence, this motorcycle is equipped with the industry's largest 12.3-inch LCD touchable LCD instrument and vehicle-level 8155 chip, supporting OTA remote upgrade.
