Opera Announces Cooperation with Google Cloud to Integrate Gemini Model

TapTechNews May 29th news, Opera, an overseas information distribution and metaverse platform under Kunlun Wanwei, announced a cooperation with Google Cloud, and will integrate the Google Gemini large model into the native browser AI assistant Aria.

According to the introduction, Opera's native browser AI assistant Aria is driven by the Opera multi-LLM Composer AI engine. This engine can provide users with a variety of large models for selection and use.

The integration of the Google Gemini large model this time will enhance Aria's capabilities such as image generation and text-to-speech conversion. Currently, all Opera browsers have been connected to the AI assistant Aria.

Opera browser was originally founded in 1995, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, and was acquired by Qihoo 360 and Kunlun Wanwei in February 2016.
