Tencent Games Announces 2024 Summer Minor Restricted Play Calendar

TapTechNews Jun 26th, Tencent Games announced the 2024 Tencent Games Summer Vacation Minor Restricted Play Calendar today. During July and August 2024, minors can log in to the game from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and the total game time for 55 days is 23 hours in total.

In addition, this summer vacation, Tencent will also provide parents with a four-piece anti-addiction management toolset, including functions such as one-click ban on play and recharge and self-account management to assist parents in restricting their children's game behavior.

TapTechNews note: The National Press and Publication Administration issued a notice in August 2021, strictly limiting the time for providing online game services to minors. All online game enterprises can only provide 1 hour of service to minors every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., and at other times, they must not provide online game services to minors in any form.
