It is suitable for construction operation scenarios such as harbor and waterway dredging, deep-sea sand extraction, land reclamation by blowing and filling, and trench excavation and backfilling. According to China News Network, this ship is researched and designed by the 708th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation. The total length is about 195 meters, the molded width is 38.5 meters, the molded depth is 18.0 meters, and the dredging draft is 13 meters. The maximum mud tank capacity is about 35,000 cubic meters, and the maximum dredging depth is 120 meters. It adopts a steel welded, bulbous bow, twin-rudder fin ship type and an advanced 'one-towing-two' compound drive mode, and is equipped with twin导管 propellers, twin rakes, twin underwater pumps, and in-tank pumps.

This ship has the operation functions of single and double-rake dredging and loading, mud gate unloading, single and double-pump bow blowing and double-bow jetting to the shore, as well as an intelligent dredging control system and reserved methanol fuel usage capacity.
