Huawei's Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT to Start Public Beta on October 8th for Mate 60/X5 Series Phones and MatePad Pro 13.2-Inch Tablets

TapTechNews September 24th news, at the Huawei Autumn All-Scenario New Product Launch held today, Huawei's Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT system officially announced that the public beta will start on October 8th, adapting to Mate 60 / X5 series mobile phones, MatePad Pro 13.2-inch series tablets.

At the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services held on September 14th, Chen Xinxin, the general manager of Huawei Hongmeng Industry Solution, disclosed that Huawei's fully independently developed, native security, and native intelligent Huawei pure-blood Hongmeng system HarmonyOS NEXT will be launched in the official version in the fourth quarter of this year.

TapTechNews previously reported that Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT started to push the Beta version to developers in June this year and was pushed to ordinary consumers in the Beta version in August this year. The Huawei Mate 70 series will be the first to carry the official version of Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT, and the remaining devices will also be pushed the official version successively from the fourth quarter.
