The four major shareholders of this company are CATL, Beijing Jingneng Technology, Xiaomi Automobile, and BAIC Hailanxin Energy Technology.

According to public information, the registered capital of Beijing Time Power Battery Co., Ltd. is 1 billion yuan, among which CATL holds 51%, BAIC Hailanxin is the platform management and investment entity of this company, holding 39%, and Jingneng Technology and Xiaomi Automobile each hold 5%.

After the company is established, it will invest and build a smart manufacturing factory for battery cells in Beijing.
