According to the information in the comment area, the AppleStore in Xi'an is expected to be located in the under-construction Xi'an Mixc.

Public information shows that the total land area of Xi'an Mixc is 138 mu (about 22.8 acres), with a total investment of 9 billion yuan and a total construction area of 565,000 square meters. It will open in December this year.
