TapTechNews learned from the report that after the service expired, every time Mr. Li starts the vehicle, the 'enewal reminder' pop-up window of the car networking service will be displayed on the central control large screen at the first time, asking Mr. Li to pay to buy. If not manually closed, this pop-up window will always be displayed and no other interfaces on the screen will appear. If the 'enewal pop-up' is not closed in advance, the reversing image will not be displayed either.

It is reported that Mr. Li wanted to communicate with the 4S store at the first time, but the Liaoning Jietongda Audi 4S store where he bought the car initially has closed. Mr. Li called the Audi manufacturer's customer service and learned that there is an MI setting in the vehicle that can close this pop-up window, but after reconfiguring the system according to the customer service's prompt, the 'enewal notice' pop-up window still exists.

Then Mr. Li called the Audi official customer service again and explained the situation. The customer service said: report to the manufacturer's backstage and let Mr. Li wait for notification. After waiting left and right, the customer service finally replied to Mr. Li: This pop-up window is designed by the manufacturer and the car owner cannot close it by himself.

The media contacted the staff of Audi China's public relations department, and she said that it would be transferred to the relevant responsible personnel for handling, but as of the time of publishing, the Audi China public relations department has not replied either.
