World's First Fully Immersive Digital Giant Panda Released by Tencent

The fully immersive digital giant panda is positioned as a digital IP of the flagship species of national parks, and the public can interact with the fully immersive digital giant panda in multiple products under Tencent.

Under the guidance of the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda, Tencent, through its game modeling technology, processed the geometrical details of more than 2 million hairs of the fully immersive digital giant panda, making the texture, pattern and dynamic process of the hairs closer to the real ones.

At the same time, Tencent restored the details of the bones and muscles in the movement process of the giant panda through intelligent bone binding and super 3A film and television grade high-precision biological body rendering to realize the simulation reproduction of the movement posture.

Tencent made a 1:1 replica of the Wolong Giant Panda Nature Reserve and restored 79 kinds of real plants, rocks, waterfalls and streams, etc. The intelligent entity of the fully immersive digital giant panda based on Tencent's self-developed hybrid large model will be launched on the Tencent Yuanbao App in the near future.
