Xiaomi 15 Pro's Camera Specs Revealed Triple-Camera with OV50K and IMX882

The blogger didn't talk about the performance of the main camera, but about the telephoto lens. TapTechNews noticed that in March this year, OmniVision released the OV50K 40 mobile phone CMOS image sensor, claiming to be the world's first smartphone image sensor using TheiaCel technology, which can achieve a near-human-eye-level dynamic range in a single exposure and is used for the flagship rear main camera.
The OV50K 40 50 -million-pixel image sensor based on TheiaCel technology has a 1.2 -micrometer pixel size and a 1 / 1.3 -inch optical format and has high gain and correlated multiple sampling (CMS) functions.
OV50K 40 supports 4-in-1 pixel binning, with pixels reaching 12.5 million, frame rates supporting 120 frames per second and 60 frames per second (HDR), and 4-fold photometricity to achieve flagship low-light performance.
The four-phase detection (QPD) function can realize 2x2 phase detection autofocus (PDAF) on the entire image array of the sensor, with 100% coverage, thereby achieving ultra-fast autofocus performance.
On-chip pixel restoration algorithms can achieve the full 50 -million-pixel Bayer output, 8K video, and 2 -times cropped zoom functions.
OV50K 40 uses OmniVision's PureCelPlus-S wafer stacking technology to achieve the resolution of a 1.2 -micrometer pixel.
According to the revelations in May this year, the engineering prototype of the Xiaomi 15 Pro is equipped with a square Deco in the upper left corner, and the flash is moved outside the Deco. Currently, the image shows a 50 Mp super-large-bottom main camera + 50 Mp超广角 + 50 Mp periscope telephoto, a new module with a round set-square design, not a JN1 sensor.
Early prototype feedback shows that this new machine will also be equipped with a 2K new substrate full-depth slightly curved screen.
