Anker Releases New Gallium Nitride Charger Prime with Multiple Features Overseas

TapTechNews August 12th news, Anker recently launched a new gallium nitride charger product Prime overseas. This is a six-in-one device, which has 4 USB-C ports, and there is also a pair of USB-A ports on the side, with a total 250 watts of output power.

Among them, the output power of the first USB-C port is as high as 140 watts, and it only takes 25 minutes to charge the MacBook Pro 16 to 50%, and it can be fully charged in 1.5 hours. When its 6 ports are used simultaneously, the total output power can reach 250 watts. The power that different ports of this charger can output is shown in the following figure:

This charger is equipped with a 2.26-inch LCD display, which can display the charging status and time and date of different ports. There is also a control knob on the side of the charger, and users can choose one of four charging modes: AI power, low current, port priority, and dual laptops. These modes adapt to different needs, including intelligent settings and priority charging.

It is reported that the price of this charger in the US is $169.99 (TapTechNews note: currently about 1220 yuan), the price in the UK is £169.99 (currently about 1556 yuan), and the price in the EU is €159.99 (currently about 1253 yuan). It will be launched in the US, UK, and EU markets on August 25, and it is not clear whether it will enter the Chinese market.
