Previously, when the iPhone screen mirroring function was launched, it did not support desktop management, but this limitation has been lifted. Users can now enter the jiggling mode by clicking and holding the iPhone desktop after activating the iPhone screen mirroring application, just like operating on the iPhone itself. In this mode, users can delete, re-arrange apps, manage widgets, adjust widget sizes, enable dark mode icons or enable icon coloring, etc.

TapTechNews needs to point out that currently it is still not possible to access the iPhone's lock screen interface and control center through screen mirroring, and notifications can only be viewed through the Mac's Notification Center.

This new feature is already included in the latest test versions of iOS18, iOS18.1, macOS15 and macOS15.1, and users with these system versions can immediately experience this improvement. It is worth mentioning that the iPhone mirroring function is currently not available in the European Union region.
