The received 'Bond Declaration Notice of the Bankruptcy Liquidation Case of Shanghai Fenshang Network Technology Co., Ltd.' file shows that on June 25, 2024, the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court accepted the bankruptcy liquidation case of Shanghai Fenshang Network Technology Co., Ltd., and creditors should declare their claims to the administrator from the date of the announcement of the bond declaration to August 24, 2024.
Public information shows that the fresh flower e-commerce Flowerplus FlowerPlus was established in 2015 and created a daily fresh flower subscription model of 'online subscription + direct delivery from the origin + value-added services', and launched a 99-yuan monthly fresh flower package (delivered once a week, 4 times a month).
Flowerplus released an all-staff letter in September 2023. Due to funding issues, it decided to enter the stage of suspension for rectification. The official then stated that 'Flowerplus has not closed down and the founder has not run away'.

TapTechNews noticed that the official public account of Flowerplus FlowerPlus was migrated on July 26 and changed its name to 'Flowerplus Fresh Flower Subscription', and the account entity was changed from the original 'Shanghai Fenshang Network Technology Co., Ltd.' to 'Shanghai Zaolu Network Technology Co., Ltd.'.
The WeChat public account of Flowerplus also once posted an article on August 6 to update and explain the progress of the restart of old orders.
Industrial and commercial information shows that Shanghai Zaolu Network Technology Co., Ltd. is 100% held by Wang Xianhong and serves as the legal representative, and the new company no longer sees the figure of the founder of Flowerplus, Wang Ke.
