In terms of data transmission, SSD7749M2 supports PCIe 4.0. It is equipped with the Broadcom PEX88048 PCIe switching chip, using 16 PCIe channels for upstream and 32 channels for downstream, and each module gets 4 channels, corresponding to PCIe 4.0×2 for each solid-state drive.

HighPoint said that SSD7749M2 supports the formation of up to 4 RAID0/1/10 arrays, and the entire add-on card can provide a sequential transfer rate of up to 28 GB/s, and the long-term performance can also remain above 20 GB/s.
