According to the plan, Boeing's Starliner was originally going to dock with the International Space Station for about one week, but as officials are troubleshooting a helium leak and studying why some thrusters malfunctioned during the test flight, the spacecraft will stay in space for a longer time and be postponed to June 26.

As TapTechNews reported earlier, NASA had said that the Starliner would return to Earth on June 18, and then it was postponed again to June 22.

Boeing's CST-100 Starliner was launched with two astronauts on June 5 and reached the International Space Station and docked with it on June 6. It was originally scheduled to separate from the station and return to Earth on local time June 14. This mission is a key test before NASA certifies the Starliner for flight.
