Audi to Launch Q6 e-tron Sportback in 2025 with Promising Features
Audi officially released a teaser image of a new model - the Q6 e-tron Sportback, on the 25th local time. The car will be launched in the international market in the first half of 2025 and is expected to become the electric coupe SUV with the longest range of this brand.
The new car adopts a fastback design, and its aerodynamic performance is expected to be better than that of the traditional Q6 e-tron model. For reference, the Q6 e-tron has different configurations, namely the basic rear-wheel drive car with a battery capacity of 83 kWh, the performance car with the battery capacity increased to 100 kWh, the quattro version with all-wheel drive added, and the current flagship S car with stronger power.
Audi has not yet announced the driving range of the entry-level Q6 e-tron, but according to the WLTP standard, the performance driving range of this model is 641 kilometers, while the driving ranges of the quattro and SQ6 are 625 kilometers and 598 kilometers respectively.
For reference, the Q6 e-tron is the first domestic model based on the PPE luxury pure electric platform. According to TapTechNews' previous report, the Audi Q6 Le-tron made in China has a length of 4884mm, a width of 1965mm and a height of 1687mm, and the wheelbase is 2995mm, which is 105mm longer than that of the overseas model.
The overseas model of Audi Q6 e-tron adopts a brand new 14.5-inch OLED multimedia curved screen, a 11.9-inch virtual cockpit and a 10.9-inch passenger screen, with a large area of leather wrapping and wood grain decoration, and the car also provides ambient lights.
In terms of power, the total battery capacity of the Audi Q6 Le-tron is 107 kWh, and the pure electric cruising range reaches 700 kilometers under the CLTC working condition. In addition, the Audi Q6 Le-tron will also be equipped with the 800-volt charging technology.
