Each platform promises:
Standardize the recruitment of vehicle managers, driver services, and behaviors such as excessive promises in the process of vehicle rental and sale and random deduction of drivers' security deposits and deposits, as well as malicious use of third-party platforms to deduct drivers' turnover, and strengthen the safety management of vehicle managers;
Strictly implement the main responsibility for handling complaints, conduct investigations and verifications on passengers' complaints and make fair judgments, not one-size-fits-all, and harm the rights and interests of drivers and passengers;
Set a reasonable proportion threshold for low-price orders such as fixed price and preferential price, and at the same time, the platform commission is reduced by the same proportion as the original tariff discount. Earnestly implement the requirements of the Sunshine Action of the commission of the new transportation format platform enterprises, the total commission of each online car-hailing platform company and the aggregation platform does not exceed 30%.
TapTechNews inquiries found that in March 2023, under the guidance of the Nanjing Municipal Transportation Bureau and the Nanjing Municipal Public Transport Security Sub-bureau, the first Nanjing Online Car-hailing Industry Self-discipline Federation was officially established, and the Nanjing Online Car-hailing Industry Self-discipline Convention was released in the same period. As of August this year, the self-discipline federation has cumulatively carried out 12 rounds of all-platform cleaning work for seriously violating drivers, 6664 drivers have been included in the list of industry self-discipline governance, and measures such as sealing and withdrawing have been taken.
