The person involved, Mr. Yu, said that the door showed it was open, but there was only a slit, and later he got out when his family opened it from the outside. He was trapped in the car for more than 10 minutes. During this period, he called Zeekr after-sales to report, and the other party informed that the vehicle did not report a fault code, and the background data showed normal, and could not give an accurate answer as to what fault caused it. Mr. Yu said that a similar situation had occurred before, when the outside could not open the door, and he felt that there was a potential safety hazard.

In response, Zeekr customer service responded today (May 26th) that currently the staff is following up and dealing with this matter, and can send headquarters staff to intervene and assist in following up and dealing with it.
