Porsche Launches Special Edition 911 GT3 RS to Mark 75th Anniversary in Dutch Company
TapTechNews June 28th news, Porsche launched a special edition 911 GT3 RS sports car to celebrate the 75th anniversary of its Dutch company. The entire body, including the fenders and ducktail spoiler, adopts the 'DelftsBlauw' painting of white base with blue flowers, inspired by the famous Delft blue pottery in the Netherlands, showing an elegant and retro style.
A blue stripe extending from the front of the car to the rear bumper, the Porsche logo on the side of the body, and a decal with the number '75' on the door, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Porsche's birth in the Netherlands.
In the detail processing, Porsche is also extremely attentive. The special edition model has added the 'Pon' logo in many places on the body to commemorate the Dutch businessman Ben Pon who introduced Porsche to the Dutch market in 1949.
It is not yet clear whether this 'DelftsBlauw' GT3 RS has been sold to a customer (most likely a Dutch customer), nor is it clear whether it will continue to be exhibited at the local dealer. TapTechNews attaches relevant pictures as follows:
